Guess Habor boot
" So disappointed. Not only are these not OVER the knee length but they run very narrow. Even a half size larger did not work. I am 5"4" and these hit me right at the bend below my knee cap.
Beautiful quality though. I have several Guess boots that have lasted many years... "
