" This shoe is really cute, but there isn't enough height over the toe area, and then the top of the shoe makes your foot look boxy. My pre-teen son said it looked plastic-y because of the gloss it has and how the shoe fits. The ankle strap is black, but the color on the snakeskin is dark brown. Can be a minor detail to some, but that was noticeable to me. Overall, cute, but didn't fit right, so it had to go back.

Cute and Comfy
" They are comfortable and the burgundy color is appealing. They run a size too short, so order one size up. The only thing is the tiny lip on the back heel area tends to hit my right heel when I walk, but I can deal with that since the leather is on the softer side. Otherwise, I would've given five stars.

" These run about a half size too short and they are on the narrow side but not too uncomfortable. Will try to order in a bigger size and hopefully they will feel and fit better.

So comfy, but couldn't stand the squeaking
" Bought these in the burgundy. They are beautiful shoes and oh, so comfortable. The straps hit the front of my feet when I walked but they were still comfortable. The only thing that was wrong with these shoes were the squeaking. Not sure if they will go away with time, so I returned. Didn't want to take that chance. But if you can deal with the noise, I'd say buy them.

" Such a beautiful shoe, but, as always with pointed toe shoes, your toes get squished (my feet aren't wide, just average), and my heels kept slipping out when I walked. They might run a tad bit long. They seemed narrow in the toe area but wide everywhere else. Too bad because the shoes are just gorgeous; they just don't fit right. Sadly, had to return.

" I was looking for a basic black step-in sandal with a little height, and was really hoping these would be comfortable. Unfortunately, band across foot is too stiff. Seems to cut into your foot with each step.

Cute but Heavy
" Reviews were good, and liked the look and style, so I purchased. It came in quickly, which was nice, and it felt comfortable but this slipper is SO heavy that when I walked, it rubbed against the top of my foot and knew that if I wore it all day, I would just get blisters. If I didn't have to walk and just had to stand all day, it would offer a lot of support there, but of course you have to walk....Had to return.
