Comfortable mid-heel sandal
" I had to order these twice - the first pair had a nail popping up through the lining under the ball of my foot. I often buy Franco Sarto, and have never seen a defect like this in their shoes. But the in-store return process was a breeze with a very polite and proactive sales associate helping me. I ordered a second pair, and have been wearing them frequently since.
The leather straps give rather than dig in; even the instep straps fit nicely. I can wear this heel height all day, and the tan leather works with jeans and lots more. Wish the blue were available in my size, too. "

Cute but one was broken
" I would've loved these - they fit well and the brown print was the right amount of flare for office wear - but the heel looked like it had been caught in machine gears at the factory. There was a jagged bite mark that made the left shoe unwearable. Thank you to the professional store staff who graciously took care of my return. My guess is that the defect was a fluke. But sadly, no more of these left in my size.

Suede so soft!
" I didn't have a problem with fit, although they're slightly narrow - I just won't be able to wear socks with these. To me, the style more than makes up for that. I love the slouch front, and the suede is so supple and soft. Cognac color is slightly deeper than I expected, but lovely. While the height isn't extreme, the shank is pulled in close to the heel, putting your foot on a steeper incline. Not for all-day-on-my-feet wear.

" True to size, these sandals are surprisingly comfortable - spent a day shopping the mall in them. Bronze color, kitten heel and simple but elegant style allow you to dress them up or down. Look great with jeans and dresses. Very happy with my purchase!
