Exactly what I expected
" I saw the natural color in another store, but wanted black for work so I was happy to find on DSW.com. The shoes arrived and are perfect. The fit is great and the leather is not too structured and not too soft. Perfect with skirts and dresses. Since the heel is not too high they are great for all day wear. I typically buy Cole Haan pumps for work since they are quality and comfortable, but trying to stay on a budget and didn't want to shell out that kind of $ right now so these are a great substitute. "
