Return them
" I got them and it said for size 9-11 even though it says one size on the listing. Then I went to the store to return them, the staff said it's normal to say size 9-11 for one size. The staff were nice telling me that I could try them on and if they are too big then I can return them. But I don't want to open the package and then try them on meanwhile I'm so sure they are too big just by looking at them. So I decided to return them instead.The quality is nice though. "
