size half size up for perfection
" I am usually a 6.5 in everything except my running shoes, but went up to a 7 in this shoe. Other than that, it's nearly perfect, and perfectly comfortable for a full day on my feet running around at work. Ensure the ankle strap is snug to minimize blister on the bottom of the heel from rubbing on the "bubble" of padding. I know this might sound negative, but I truly love this shoe so much that I have them in two colors!
